All our dishes are "homemade" and made on the spot from raw products.
Young chef of 31 years of Burgundian origin, Benjamin Linard began his career in prestigious houses, mostly regional: "Maison Lameloise", "La Côte d'Or" of Relais Bernard Loiseau, "Le Flocon de Sel", then in two of Georges Blanc's restaurants, "l'Embarcadère" and "Château d'Igé". Originally from a small village near the Morvan, Benjamin is very attached to nature and Burgundy and this is reflected in his kitchen. He also defines traditional, rooted in its terroir, authentic cuisine and gourmet, highlighting local and seasonal products.
