A proud native of Morvan, Chef Benjamin Linard brings a touch of youth, freshness and elegance to the Lassey culinary experience. After working in prestigious regional establishments such as La Maison Lameloise***, Le Relais Bernard Loiseau***, and Flocon de sel***, he has made his home in the Auxois region, in Sainte Sabine.

In his bucolic, herbaceous dishes, Chef Linard revisits culinary classics with a 100% Côte d'Or signature. Local produce takes pride of place in his recipes, enhanced by wild herbs picked by himself.
