Going from family to family, Château Sainte Sabine was restored with finesse and refinement over the centuries to become this timeless and relaxing jewel. Antique furniture, Maison Pierre Frey tapestries and noble materials dance in every room.

Gastronomy and Biodiversity

A passion for sharing and locally sourced ingredients are the cornerstones of restaurant Lassey. Dishes are prepared in partnership with local producers, sometimes just a few hundred meters from the château. According to the seasons, wild herbs, edible flowers, and mushrooms are picked by the Chef in the park and around the grounds.
