Gastronomy and Biodiversity
A passion for sharing and locally sourced ingredients are the cornerstones of restaurant Lassey. Dishes are prepared in partnership with local producers, sometimes just a few hundred meters from the château. According to the seasons, wild herbs, edible flowers, and mushrooms are picked by the Chef in the park and around the grounds.
